c) User registration & catalog downloads

To download catalogs or access restricted technical documentation, users must create an account via WooCommerce and Ultimate Member.

During registration, we may collect:

• name and surname,
• company name,
• business email address,
• phone number,
• account credentials (passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form),
• user role and access permissions,
• download and login activity related to restricted content.

Without registration, catalogs cannot be downloaded.

d) Email communication

If you contact us via email, we collect:

• attachments and technical metadata.

These communications may be stored in our email systems and CRM (Odoo) for business continuity.
